    Centre rules

·      When having any bounce party after 1hr the castles come down and will not be inflated after you have eaten.

·      For all the parties you will need a ratio of 1 adult to 5 children less than 8 yrs or 1 adult to 10 children over 8 yrs.

·      Adults are expected to be present at all times to supervise the children.

·      Please ensure that children take their shoes off before using the Bounces.

·      We cannot allow you to use relighting candles or helium balloons because of our alarm system.

·      We also do not allow smoking in any part of our building.

·      If you require alcohol for the adults please gain written consent from the Centre Manger.

·      We do not allow any sub-letting of the spaces hired.

·      We reserve the right to postpone the party to ensure safety or proper operation of hire.

·      If you require catering this can be ordered at Chapters Café. You may also provide your own catering on the condition that the room hired is cleared before the end of your party

 

Entertainer

      If you are thinking of hiring an entertainer for your party please be aware that they must be packed away and ready to leave 5 minutes before the finishing time of your party.

 


Cancellations

      Room hire credits will only be processed on the production of a doctor’s certificate together with written confirmation. The management reserves the right to cancel any party due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

The Ebbisham Centre is a partnership between Epsom & Ewell Borough Council and Surrey County Council
